A Blessed Easter

Dear Staff and Families of the BGCDSB Community,

As we enter the holiest season of the liturgical year, I am struck by the beauty of the transition we see around us, both in our classrooms and in the changing of the seasons. While I like winter, the newness and joy of spring is one of my favourite seasons of the year.

Easter is a time to celebrate the triumph of light over darkness and hope over despair. It serves as a powerful reminder that we are a people of the Resurrection.

In our schools, I see this spirit of new life every day: in the kindness our students show one another, the dedication of our staff, and the unwavering support of our families.

As you gather with loved ones this weekend, may the peace of the Risen Christ fill your hearts and homes. Thank you for being the hands and feet of Jesus in our community every day.
