Paper work that is due back to the school ASAP include the following:
Student Information Sheet - with corrections and/or updates made to them
Freedom of Information Letter - signed permission for photo and/or name to be published (or a written letter to the principal if you do not wish to sign). This permission will be requested yearly.
Computer/Internet Use Contract - this form is sent home new to grade 3 each year and to anyone else who does not have it signed. This contract is good for your child during their time from grade 3 to grade 8. Not renewed annually.
Walking Permission Form - this form gives permission for your child to walk with the class on any excursion in Hanover from September to June. A letter will be sent home regarding each excursion.
If you have completed the above, we thank you....if not (or can't remember), please ask your child for the form or contact Julie at the school to see which forms are required for your family.
